help on tampons??
I’ve been trying to use tampons a few times, but I can’t actually insert the tampon? I don’t want to ask my mom ‘cause I’m afraid that it’ll be embarrassing, but I sometimes I can’t do stuff with pads and I’m going to have to start using them for sports. any advice for me??
