I say mom only because it's her private parts being exposed for hours while she is in pain and pushing out a baby, along with other unpleasant substances.  The dad has a lot of say, but mom has more pull in this situation.

I voted Mom only because she is the one doing the work. Birthing partners are there to support and make her feel comfortable, its not some public event. Plus she needs to feel safe, so if she doesn’t want someone in the room then they don’t come in. 
After the birth and everything, sure joint decisions are fine. Personally I am not going to notify anyone for at least a few hours afterwards if possible. I want bonding time with my baby and partner.

I think both have a say but Mum has final say. It’s such a monumental moment for both of you that it’s important to listen to your partner and hear why they want what they want 🤷🏻‍♀️

My hospital has a one person in the delivery room before and after birth so this isn’t an issue for me I’m just having my boyfriend there lol
I’d say the dads opinion matters as well but ultimately probably the mom in this situation.
