Why am I gaining weight
Hey guys. This was my first week working out and I’m super unmotivated.
I started at 240 and I would have been fine if it stayed the same but it went up. Two pounds. I go to the gym Tuesdays and Fridays for strength training and some cardio. I’ve been eating less than I used to and I’ve been using lose it to track my calories and I’ve been staying under all week.
Why am I gaining weight? I’d recently jumped from 235 to 240 and I have no clue why I have all of this unexplained weight gain.
I’ll check back again next week and see what happens.
Didn’t expect this to happen at the start of my journey.
