Miscarriage? TMI

So I have an mirena and I let my boyfriend finish inside me usually.. Well today I was masturbating in the bath tub and I sat up and saw a little 'clot' floating around, about as big as the end of my pinky.. Granted nothing was formed on it, but it wasn't just a glob of blood.. It had something else in it.. Any one else ever have this?
