weird nipple thing

so today i had my boyfriend over and i’m on my period so we just fooled around and i didn’t wear a bra all day, he was licking my nipples and then tonight when i got in the shower i noticed i had developed these bumps all over my aerola i’m not pregnant, i’m assuming it’s rug burn or maybe boyfriend got a little too crazy? leave ur thoughts
