TMI... MC or Blood clot?

Good day everyone. I'm taking Yaz pills which I started on Feb 1. I had a discharge last night (Feb 24, I'll post the pictures at the comment box bcs theyre disturbing), I thought I'm having a period but this morning (Feb 25) I only had a brown sticky discharge while this afternoon (feb 25) I havent had any discharge. I'm overthinking because it's been a while since I had blood clots and this was the first time I had this kind of bloodclots. Plus I had a bad lower abdominal pain before the discharges. I contacted my ob and I havent had any response yet. Thanks for the help.
