Scared

At 15 and 16dpo I got blazing positives on frer after my first pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage we learned about at 9 weeks (embryo stopped developing around 7 weeks). This morning, 19 dpo, I went to the doctor to get my levels checked. Still waiting on the blood test results but my doctor said that my urine test came back as a faint positive. It was probably only an hour long hold at most, so maybe that’s why, and she said not to worry about it but I can’t help it. Any thoughts on this?
