How many naps is your Jan ‘18 baby taking?

How many naps is your baby taking and for moms with babies that only take 1 nap per day, how did you transition down to 1 nap?

Wake at 7am nap at 1pm till maybe 2:30pm and bed at 7pm.
At this point im lucky if he even takes a nap though. Hes just not getting as tired as he was.

i really didnt do anything around 10 months he started taking just 1 3hr nap.

I let my daughter transition herself from two naps to one, it just seemed like one day she woke up and decided to take a longer single nap rather than shorter ones throughout the day. We have random days were she might go down for a 2nd 30 minute snooze or if she’s not feeling well she may take more than one nap but generally we are on a strict one nap schedule now!
