Scared

So for the past 2 weeks I've had diarrhea. I looked up online to see what could be the cause. It said the nmbr one reason is due to stress. Second would be my eating diet. Well I have nothing new to my diet. Today I am seeing blood. I don't know what to do. I've had this happen before when I was pregnant with my son. An endoscopy was done and nothing was found. I'm tired of having stomach aches and can't go out for too long before I have to use the bathroom again. Any advice ??
