Saxenda and delayed period?

Question, I'm not explicitly ttc right now, trying to get my weight down first. So I started taking saxenda on 1/22, had a period starting 1/25. Had sex post ovulation not on peak day, and now I'm 4 days late. Despite being overweight I've always had very regular periods. Has anyone else taken saxenda and experienced a delayed period? I dont want to pee on a stick and get my hopes up, trying to wait until I'm at least a week late before going down that hole.
