running out of options for birth control

hey y’all so i was on Lo Loestrin Fe for 6 months and after 3 months of taking it i was having migraines almost every day which was a pain in the ass. my stomach is really sensitive to high doses of birth control like it literally makes me sick. my gynecologist told me that the Lo Loestrin was my only option but idk if any of you have been in the same situation and if you have what did you do and did you switch to a different birth control or just not have any birth control at all? i really need help because i’m on birth control mainly because my periods are horrible... any help would be much appreciated ❤️❤️❤️❤️
