High Risk at First Sight
I am a double-amputee in a wheelchair. I was supposed to have my first exam today after finding out I was pregnant. The exam didn’t happen bc the office didn’t have adjustable height exam tables.
Anyway, the dr took one look at me and decided I was high risk. Now I have to wait for a referral before I can see anyone. Guys, I may be into my second trimester before I learn anything.
Has anyone gone through this? How did you handle it?
