Cramps but not AF

Help! AF was done on Saturday, but I still have pretty good cramps. Even if i take something it doesn't help. I had an etopic pregnancy in 2015 and i have lost my right tube. In February i had sex 2x after not being with someone for a year. Any ideas? Should I still start my BC pills? Thanks!
