Vitamins??

Ladies what vitamins are good to be taking while TTC? I have low progesterone I want to build up my lining and CM n maybe boost ovulation? I have low AMH been taking COQ10??

Agreed you should read It Starts With The Egg - great book! To improve my egg health and lining, here’s what I take (based on info from multiple docs and natural medicine practitioners):
Ubinquinol (the pure form of CoQ10)
Açaí
Omega 3
Vitamin E
Vitamin D
Vitamin C
L-Arginine
Myo-Inositol 
Prenatal with Folate (the more readily absorbed form of Folic Acid)
Iron supplement to help with lining
