PCOS ladies: Did you ovulate on 7.5mg Femera/Letrozole?

Question

PCOS ladies: Did you ovulate on 7.5mg Femera/Letrozole?" /> 
I did not ovulate on 2.5 or 5 mg of letrozole. 
Will I ovulate on 7.5? Is it worth the try? 
I have PCOS. Clomid didn’t work. 
Doctor is worried about doing injectables due to PCOS and multiple pregnancies. 
He recommends IVF. 
Help!!

Okay. So I had this same exact problem. However I stopped at my 5th stairstepped cycle of femara and opted for ovarian drilling. 
Since then, I've responded to stim drugs every month we have used them. I've also hard regular, shorter periods (and cycles). I still dont ovulate on my own unless its a rare occurence but that's what the stim drugs are for in my opinion. 
Might want to check into that prior to IVF if a surgical route is an option you're willing to consider.
