Not sure if my symptoms are pregnancy

Please help i missed my period on February 8th and today is the 27th i am supposed to start my next period march 8th. But on the 24th and 25th i have brown discharge not much just a little when i wiped.i feel bloated , nauseous, pain below my belly button well mainly bloating unless you push there and pressure, my body temp is running 99.2 and 99 but sometimes its 97. Im also experiencing headaches , back pain and lightheadedness. If anyone has had this or knows who has had this please let me know ? I havent took a pregnancy test yet. I just want to know if i should take one or if it sounds like something other than pregnancy.
