Could I FINALLY be ovulating?!

We have been TTC our second baby for a year. First pregnancy took a year and a half with no assistance. We were more casual about that pregnancy and just went with the flow while TTC. This time around I have been taking ovulation tests every cycle and have NEVER had a faint line or anything. I have been seeing my OB for 6 months or so TTC. She diagnosed me with PCOS. I never start a new cycle on my own and have been taking progesterone to induce a period every single time for the last 6 months. I am also on metformin. I had one round of ineffective clomid last cycle. This cycle I took an increased dose of clomid and the OB wanted to do an HSG to check out the lady business, the results are normal. I was told that the HSG can often increase fertility because it's like "cleaning out the pipes" when injecting the dye. So here I am, cycle day 18. Yesterday I had a faint line on my ovulation test and today it was even darker (pic included)! I am also cramping a tad today. I am so excited at the thought of ovulating this month I feel like I'm already pregnant! 😂 has anyone had similar experiences? Send baby dust!!
