Newborn diarrhea?
My 3 week old has had very runny yellow poops since birth. She is breastfed. Tonight she has been very fussy and squirmy. Her most recent poop was again yellow and runny but it smelled really foul. I’m concerned she has diarrhea but I’m not sure. She has no other symptoms besides the stinky yellow poop and being fussy. Anyone else’s newborn have stinky runny poops? Can it be normal?
