How does it feel

When the head is engaged.

My midwife said the foetus is head down now and will probably be engaged within the next 4 weeks.

I do feel occasional heaviness and pressure low down because of the weight/head being down there but I don’t know whether it’ll feel much different when it’s head is engaged.

Did anyone notice any real difference in how it felt head down v head down and engaged?
