Symptoms after IUI

When did you ladies start feeling any symptoms? I’ve had cramping and am so so tired but I feel like it’s all probably from the progesterone suppositories I was put on. I have a blood test scheduled next Wednesday and Friday but really trying not to get my hopes up.

This was my first IUI, did letrozole days 3-7, then trigger shot and now progesterone.

We have male factor infertility, but it seems pretty minor on the tests they’ve done recently. We also have a 3 year old daughter we conceived on the first try so this is all so new to me!
