Update, so my sister whose a nurse came over last night and she took a look at her thumb and she was able to get the puss out and she clipped some skin away from the nail line so that way it would grow new clean skin, it was not easy my daughter was screaming and kicking and fighting us, but with some milk and a hug from mommy she was better.
