Am I doing my baby shower/maternity pictures too early?

I am due May 24th and am currently 28W1D. My maternity photos will be taken on March 17th and I will be 30 weeks at that time. My baby shower is March 24th and I will be 31 weeks at that time. This is my first baby so I’m not sure if I’m doing all this too early?

After seeing posts on here I’m starting to think I was too eager and planned these things too early! I see a lot of women doing pictures and showers around 35 weeks of pregnancy.

As far as the maternity pictures go I already look a lot further along than I am so I was wanting to take the maternity photos before I get so huge that I don’t feel good about myself anymore.
