My 1 years yeast infection

So my daughter had to be on 4 antibiotics back to back so when she saw her doctor last she said it looked like she had a yeast infection so she gave us a cream which her daycare said seemed to help(I didn’t see it all cause I couldn’t take her to the doctor due to work so my mom did) we finished all three tubes that the doctor gave us and the daycare seems to think she looks a lot better but I can’t tell but her vagina looks a little red to me? I feel like because I didn’t see it I have no baseline to compare it to, I plan to take her to the doctor tomorrow but until then I was wondering if anyone knows anything about why that could be?
