How do you get rid of a pacifier

My 4 month old has never been a good sleeper: recently we found out my supply was low causing her to be cranky and scream a lot and wake every 45 mins.

We switched her to formula

She is still waking a lot for her pacifier but only does 1 feed through the night.

She wakes for it every 30 mins or every hour.

Causing me to get no sleep

She has fallen asleep before without her pacifier for naps

But in the night if I don’t give it to her she loses her mind

Any suggestions ???
