IUI.. Any advice?

Hello ladies :)

A little info... My husband and I have been actively trying to conceive for 6 years. Hubby had a Varicocele Repair done 3 1/2 years ago.

Prior to surgery hubby had 4 mil sperm, low motility and low morphology.... After repair we have now 12 mil sperm, normal morphology, but still low motility. We tried on our own with him being on clomid for a few months and no success... We now have a fantastic fertility dr here in KC and we are going to try the IUI 3 times and if no success we will move on to IVF. That being said... Do any of you ladies have any tips, or tricks, or advice with IUI if you have tried? We are open to trying anything to help out odds! Thank you so much in advance! ❤️
