What causes me to feel the way I do

I been feeling nausea every day thru out the day. Not really been having a appetite but do eat. Everything I eat I feel nausea. I'm always tired. My breasts been sore but nothing major. Im not due for a period until 10 days n I have on n off cramping no bleeding. I have very light discharge with no odor or smell. I took a pregnancy test late in the day at night yestersday n it was negative. Is it too early to test or what can be going on. I'm moody at times. I havent been sick just a running nose.
