For all of you lovely women, like me that are TTC, I’m hoping this will help you like this is going to help me.

This explains all the phases of CM that us women always try to pinpoint on fertile or non fertile.

The low, medium, ugh charts are for when you check your cervix. If your finger is one knuckle in, your cervix is low meaning not fertile. If you check on day two (example), it takes two knuckles to hit your cervix you’re reaching your fertile window. If you’re checking for your cervix again and it takes three knuckles to reach your cervix, you are fertile!

The last image will show you what your cervix is like before, during and after ovulation.

NOTE::: Obviously I’m not a Dr. or anything special, just another woman TTC but I’ve studied so many things because I’ve wanted a baby and been trying for so long and ran into this today. Hopefully this helps all of you! Baby dust to all!
