Did anyone pass their gestational diabetes test with a bad diet?

Before I got pregnant I was extremely healthy. I ate very clean and exercised daily. Once I got pregnant and the morning sickness hit, that went out the window. I stopped exercising and started eating like crap. Basically anything I could keep down I would eat, which was usually fast food and other junk foods. As I got into seconds trimester and started to feel better I was able to start eating somewhat clean again and have had a much better diet but I still have a major sweet tooth and have been giving into cravings a lot. I just recently started back exercising too. I also feel like my bump is HUGE so I’m worried I have GD and the baby is big. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and worried about failing the gestational diabetes test.

Anyone else have a similar situation and pass it?
