Citi mini gt is hands down the best on your list. I have a chico and it’s crap compared to that. I wish I bought it first. I would get the adapter and use the chico keyfit with it.
The Bob is also awesome but in no way is it light. Super big and bulky.

Definitely need a jogger stroller that has the air filled tires to work on gravel roads and grass! They are huge but worth it if you plan on using in that way.

Babytrend expedition! I love the air-filled fires like a bike. Super easy to maneuver and folds compactly. My sister has the same system and took my nephew to the park in it several times a week for the past 3 years.

You’ll want a jogger for that. We have a graco fast action fold jogger travel system. The stroller is huge but it’s the only thing that works on gravel and grass

I use my Chicco Viaro off roading all the time 🤣 it’s so light weight and easy to push! Love it!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my city mini gt!! It is designed like a jogger so it is super agile and good on all terrain, but it is more compact and folds smaller than a traditional jogger such as a Bob

We had this after our urbini did not work right. It was sort of like the modes in that the seat changed but it was not user friendly. I picked this kind because the one hand folding and it was lightweight but had underneath storage. We never used the carseat clicked on but that’s a feature. 
It worked well in anything until year 2 when one of the wheels stopped turning but at that point my daughter started walking so we’ll see how it works with the next baby.
