First ultrasound - no heartbeat 💔
I just had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks & 2 days and the doctor wasn't able to find a heartbeat and told us it was a missed miscarriage at 6w3d 😥
I had no bleeding or anything. I still feel nauseous and exhausted.
This is our 2nd miscarriage after 4 years of trying. I'm heartbroken because I was so ready and hopeful.
