Picky Eater😣

My 6 year old refuses to eat anything but pasta(just the noodles) & cheese pizza. I can't get her to eat any kind of meat or veggie. She will literally pick the noodles out out of chicken & noodles and only eat the noodles. I feel like ive tried everything! Bed with no dinner, given her a timer, let her pick dinner, let her help me make dinner, and told her she can have desert if she eats well. Nothing is working. I'm worried about her health because she wont drink water either, she's always constipated!
