Weird period

So my period was 56 days late I finally got it today i felt wet so i went to the bathroom and wiped and boom it was all red even underwear were stained and everything and now i havent had any blood at all i went to the bathroom like 4 times and there was nothing as if i werent on my period does anyone know why its like this?

Update/ heyy so i went to the clinic and im not pregnant 🤷🏻‍♀️
