Why ain’t I getting pregnant 😩

I think this is our last month trying! I had my reversal jan 2017 went back jan 2018 had a minor surgery again and found out I lost my left tube due to scar tissue, and we are still trying and nothing at all !! So after this month I’m throwing in the towel and going back to the doctor and see what else we can do before going on to ivf. Gonna have sex everyday this month! And well if that doesn’t do it then I dunno I really wish I’d hadn’t waste the money on the reversal at this point considering we might be having to do ivf anyways! 😢😩
