Hospital told me not to go in...?

On Thursday my doctor told me I had preeclampsia and my bp was 145/92. I have an at home bp cuff and it’s currently 150/109. When I called the hospital, the labor and delivery nurse said to relax and drink water and come in if I see spots or get dizzy. My whole family is telling me to disregard that and go anyway. Idk what to do. I have my doctor appointment the day after tomorrow. I will be one day shy of 37 weeks. No contractions. Just stomach tightening and a headache all day. The nurse said Tylenol, water and relax.
