When to schedule induction?

Hi ladies, I need some advice. I’m currently 41 weeks pregnant and my midwives are now asking me to schedule an induction. When should I schedule it for? 42 weeks? 41+5? I haven’t had any complications, baby is doing well and I am not totally miserable (although I did throw up in the car on my way to an appointment today😒). I’m a little scared of being induced, but if i have to be, I might as well do it earlier so I can meet my baby, right? Let me know your thoughts!
