Who alls husbands knew they were pregnant before they did?

We have three children and yesterday during an argument (very rare), my husband stopped and said “holy shit, you are pregnant! I can’t believe I didn’t notice it sooner, your behavior!” 
I don’t know if I am or not, we are not trying or avoiding. Anyone have their husbands say that? Were they right or wrong? Thanks!

My husband knew. I started bleeding for 2 days right when my period was due but my husband kept insisting I was pregnant. I told him not possible because my period started. Well then the bleeding just stopped and I got a positive pregnancy test, he was right.

My husband knew I was before I did with my first but I got to surprise him with the second! 
He just randomly said to me one day “your pregnant”. I just laughed at him and a couple days later I got bored and decided to take a test. I was 16 weeks!
