Anyways, I was using drinking as a way to forget and one night I got very drunk and out of it + an older guy took advantage of me sexually. Is this cheating or not?

Someone taking advantage of you means they either raped or sexually assaulted you depending on the circumstance. Why you were drinking, who the guy was, or whatever other victim blaming bs that’s going to come up after I post this comment does not matter. Being assaulted is not cheating. Please go to the police and if your SO is claiming you cheated, then leave.
