Working nights with young babies

Hi all. I wasn’t sure where to post this, sorry if it’s in the wrong group.

I am currently a SAHM, but am looking for work to help out financially. Ideally, I am trying to find something full time, but where I don’t have to put my two babies in daycare. Otherwise I just be working to pay for daycare. My current experience is in business/accounting, although I’ve always wanted to be in the medical field. Anyway, there are a couple of jobs open at a nearby hospital for 7p-7a.

Does anyone have experience working these types of hours with young children? How do you do it?

Is it too exhausting?

Kiddos are 2.5 and 9 months and husband works full time.

We unfortunately don’t have family that can help, so we’d have to get a babysitter when needed.

Any advice/input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
