How early did you feel movement with anterior placenta??

Question

I’m 13 weeks & the ultrasound tech wrote down that i had a low lying anterior placenta but I’ve read that they can move towards the posterior & my ob said she wasnt worried about it being low lying this early. Also when did your husband/boyfriend/baby daddy feel the baby if you’ve had one?? I don’t think it’ll affect how big my belly gets bc i don’t have any type of abs & i have a short torso so baby doesn’t really have anywhere to hide 😂

I have a low lying anterior placenta as well, and felt baby move for the first time at 18w precisely 😍 and my SO could feel it around 20w. The technician at my 12w scan said I wouldn't feel anything before 20-22w because of my placenta, so I didn't really pay attention before it actually happened, and I was like, ok wait, this cannot possibly be anything else.  
I'm currently 23w+4 and I've been feeling my little peanut wiggle around, kick and do back flips in there all day every day for a few weeks already. My SO and I have even seen my belly move from the outside on a few occasions when baby would give a huge kick 🤗🤗 it's so magical!

I'm 26 weeks and boyfriend still can't feel baby. 
Placenta is in front. 
But.
Baby keeps moving away or going silent when my bf tries to feel baby boy.
Drives us crazy. 
He wants to feel it so bad.

I felt at end of 13 weeks with anterior placenta and partner felt at about 25 weeks. 
I had 7 episodes of reduced movement though because of the placenta.
