Help PAIN HELP

After some advice please 🙊 ***may be some TMI***

I’ve been feeling so sick all day, head aches and nauseous. the last few hours i’ve been getting sharp pains in my lower right side abdomen coming and going. Heavy amounts of thick discharge.

Constantly feeling like i need to poo and not being able to and peeing is constant but little drips.

Baby boys movements have been small and reduced but hard and strong when he does.

I had this the other day and it passed, but just starting to think i need to check it out and until my midwife replies see if anyone has any thoughts?
