Dizziness is listed as the first potential side effect on WebMD so I would say yes
 But the feeling "drunk" thing is a bit more concerning than just regular dizziness, so you may want to call your doctor.

I would switch to CBD.  I’ve been using it daily (for 5 years) for chronic anxiety and NOTHING works better. Also, it has no side effects! Infiniteapothecary.com is where I get mine.
