Ketones in urine?
I know I’m probably freaking out over nothing.....The doctor said I had some ketones in my urine at my doctors appointment earlier, she didn’t seem very concerned , just told me I was dehydrated and to up my water. But upon reading online I saw something about diabetes and ketosis. I’m not a diabetic that I’m aware of, and passed my one hour glucose 2 weeks ago. Should I be worried or is this common
