Should I be worried?

Feb 20: Biopsy (Punch Biopsy)

March 4: Calling me telling me my results are in and that when I go back they want to do blood testing/ blood work I guess to do more testing possibly (not sure) My appointment is today March 6 at 5:10 pm I can’t sleep it’s 1:00 Am right now.

Should I be worried or could it be nothing if so nothing why would they want to do blood work/ testing done?
