11dpo symptoms before bfp?

AF dues 18th of august. had sex almost every day during fertile days. Definetly on most important ones :-) hoping for BFP! Im 11dpo and have had lower abdomen cramps over the last few days, feel like af cramps but too early! had a tiny bit of brownish red spotting about 5 days ago also feel quite tired like just cant find the energy to do things =p have quite creamy and heavy cm, came out on underwear yesterday sorry tmi. what are symptoms at 11dpo? do these sound like good signs?
