How many calories do you eat per day?
I'm a really bad overeater so I've been tracking my intake with a food scale for about 4 years now. Before I got pregnant I was able to stay pretty slim on 1600-1800 calories a day, but that went out the window when I got pregnant.
I ate about 2100 through my first trimester and gained 10 pounds, and now I'm eating about 2500 and gaining about 1.5 pounds a week.
I have no idea how much I should be eating and my midwife doesn't know either. Anyone else tracking calories, and if so how much do you eat and what are you gaining? Thanks
