I ordered a bark box for my dog last month for his birthday. I wasn’t really pleased with the quality of the items but since I only paid $5 I didn’t throw a fit about it. Right after I ordered it I thought I had canceled the subscription but when I went to check how much money I had I realized they had charged me again. I tried multiple times to get in touch with their customer service who is awful at responding, they took days to respond to numerous texts and Facebook messages I tried to send and never answered the phone. I don’t have the money to be paying $25 for low quality items. The people I did talk to didn’t seem to understand that and kept suggesting me being billed only every other month and bringing the price down a couple dollars. I wish I would have read the reviews because apparently this has happened to many other people. Is there a way I can go to the bank and get help? And I did try changing my billing information but it didn’t work.
