Best way to lose weight?
Okay I’ve seriously got to lose weight. What is the best way? Keto? What even is that? Low carb? Low calorie? I weigh 240lbs and I’m 5’10”. I wanna get back down to 170-180 I think I would be happy at that weight. I’m so tired of feeling disgusted when I look in a mirror and I don’t want my kids growing up having a fat mom. Help please anyone. I started working out a few weeks ago and was doing really well but then I just quit. It’s so hard to find time with a toddler and a baby. But I just have to cause I’m tired of hating my body. Any help would be appreciated please.
