Sharp pains, help!

I started getting this very sharp stabbing pain about as low as you can go on my stomach before hitting the pubic bone. I’m 19dpo and about 4-5 days late with negative tests. I was just sitting at my desk and got the pain and it’s been going on for a few minutes. It’s not excruciating but just painful enough to notice that something is going on that isn’t right. It doesn’t feel anything like af cramps. I tried to pinpoint where exactly the pain is. Any suggestions or ideas on what might be going on please leave a comment!!! I could use any advice or opinions at all❤️
