Keep Taking Tests??? Nervous Mom!

Hello, so I’m currently 8w1d today. And I am so damn anxious that I just want to keep buying and taking at-home tests up until my first OBGYN appointment!! Anyone else the same way??? Can I keep testing??? Or do I wait ??? Monday’s appt will be the first time we get to hear the heart beat. I’m so scared we won’t be able to hear it or see the baby on the ultrasound! #nervousmomoverhere

It’s super hard. I remember that phase pretty clearly, and now I am sitting at 38 weeks. I peed on a lot of sticks in early pregnancy. Haha. And when I ran out of pregnancy tests, I used my ovulation tests. They work too! It’s very hard to wait until that first appointment. At my first appointment I requested a dating scan, and we saw baby and saw the heartbeat. 7 Weeks was too early to actually hear it. I heard her heartbeat at our second appointment, at 10 weeks. Don’t stress yourself out too much. Just stay optimistic and have faith. I promise there is always something to stress over while on this pregnancy journey! ❤️

I'm 5 weeks and 5 days and expecting our first baby. So bloody nervous and want to keep testing as I want to make sure nothing happens before my first appointment in just over 3 weeks!

I did that with my first, but if something does happen the hcg will still be in your system for a bit afterwards so thought the money being spent wasn’t worth it, so I got a fetal Doppler which is perfect! Lol you should be able to hear heart beat around 8-9 weeks.
