Weight gain

How much have you gained so far this pregnancy?

I'm currently 18 weeks, my pre pregnancy weight was 130(give or take a pound or 2), my first appointment I weighed 123.2, I just had my 18 week appointment the other day and am at 123.3. My dr seems a little concerned since I lost weight, and have only gained an ounce. I eat so much!( I mean most of what I crave happens to be spicy foods). And I dont go to the gym all the time anymore, I just go to work, come home and hang out with my other kids.
